My recent stay at In The Wind Hostel And Guesthouse was a mixed experience. On one hand, the hostel provided a well-equipped kitchen, which was convenient for preparing meals. The interior was also colorful and added a pleasant vibe to the place.
There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The rooms were small and noisy, and the lack of blankets left me feeling cold throughout the night.

The location of the hostel is great, within walking distance of many great bars and bus-stops. It's also close to shops, making it convenient for any needs you may have. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing tips for transportation and giving clear directions. the downstairs shower is amazing, one of the best in Central America, and the breakfast is delicious. the free WiFi is reliable throughout the building, and there's plenty of free coffee available.
There is no table in the dorm room, which can be inconvenient who need a quiet place to sit and write.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! Best aspects were the location - close to the San Pedro mall, downtown buses, shops, and restaurants; and the friendly staff. The breakfast was also delicious and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Worst aspects? Don't have any issues at all!

The hostel has a great staff, always ready to help and give valuable information. The rooms are well-maintained and very clean. The location is quite convenient, close to interesting places to visit and public transportation. The hostel's kitchen is well equipped and clean, and it was great to cook our own meals.
The bed linen was worn out and dated while some pillows and mattresses were past their prime. Although some room sizes were smaller than expected, with outside noise a bit of an issue, the hostel's staff did a great job at providing earplugs.

The hostel is conveniently located close to regular buses for downtown San Jose. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby, which makes it a great place for an evening stroll and a chat. the well-equipped kitchens and good hot showers make for a comfortable stay. the staff is pleasant and accurate in providing travel information, and the ambiance is nice and quiet.
The rooms lack some necessary facilities, such as a table to sit and write in the dorm room and blankets in some cases, making it hard for low-budget travelers to have a comfortable stay.

During my stay at In The Wind Hostel And Guesthouse, I was impressed with the convenient location near public transportation and attractions. The hostel provided a safe and secure environment, with enough storage options for my valuables. The bunk beds were comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with privacy curtains, lights, and plug sockets.
